Nonpublic Schools (NPS)/Nonpublic Agencies (NPA)

SELPA Notification: Intent for NPS/NPA CertificationThe link below will be used to collect information from nonpublic schools and agencies who are requesting LAUSD signature on the SELPA Intent for NPS/NPA Certification form as part of its initial certification or annual recertification process with the California Department of Education.Please be reminded that the SELPA Intent for NPS/NPA Certification form is to be sent to the SELPA in which the nonpublic school or agency is geographically located.
All requested forms and/or materials are to be uploaded as identified below. 
  1. Complete the fields on the form available on the link: https://bit.ly/LAUSD_SELPA_Intent_to_Renew
  2. Where indicated in the form:
    1. Upload completed NPS or NPA CDE Application Packet
    2. Upload the NPS/NPA’s CDE NPS02 or the NPA09 form for LEA processing. Before uploading, NPS/NPAs shall complete the following fields in the form: (1) enter NPS/NPA name in the appropriate field; and, (2) enter “Los Angeles Unified School District” in the SELPA field.
